Over the weekend I spent some time going through some of my old boxes in the garage. I have scanned (I got some help) a couple of the photos and here they are:

A friend sent us this video today and it proves that all you need to be a pop star is four simple chords. Seriously. See it for yourself here:

What's your favourite all-time lost classic song? We've got hundreds, but we'd like to know yours. Email us anytime with your suggestions. Here's one... "Golden Brown" by the Stranglers. 1983, we believe - great song. They were out here earlier this year, so still going strong. Anyway, check out the video here, featuring the Stranglers as very refined English gentlemen...
There’s a great expo that comes to Australia every year called ‘Supanova Pop Culture Expo’. The expo celebrates the wonderful worlds of science-fiction, pulp TV/movies, toys, console gaming, trading cards, animation/cartoons, fantasy, comic books, entertainment technology, books, music, sport, internet sites and fan-clubs.
This year’s expo is full of special celebrity guests (including Star Trek’s Karl Urban and stars from the Harry Potter series), competitions and even exclusive screenings.

We found this great ad online today and we have to admit that while it's pretty mean- its a very creative way to get rid of an 'unwanted' family pet. Dano is having trouble with his rabbit at the moment- so maybe this is the perfect way for him to get rid of it? Is anyone reading this a great actor?

We woke up this morning to hear the devastating news that the legendary pop star Michael Jackson has passed away. We were hoping that the rumours would be proved fake but unfortunately this was not the case. We'll be coming back to work early from our holidays this afternoon to pay tribute to this great performer. In the meantime, if you want to keep up to date on the latest Michael Jackson events, head to x17online.com. So far that website has been very accurate with what they've been reporting.
We thought we would also post one of our favourite Michael Jackson video clips- which is definitely Thriller. The film clip is actually more like a mini-movie and it won a Grammy Award in 1985 for the 'Best Long Form Music Video'. The legacy lives on, here it is:
It’s a sad day for us today as 2 of our favourite entertainment icons have sadly passed. We have already mentioned Michael Jackson today- but we can’t forget the equally shocking death of sex symbol Farrah Fawcett.
Farrah came to fame in the late 70s with her role on the hit TV series ‘Charlies Angels’, alongside Kate Jackson and Jaclyn Smith. Since then, she has had an overwhelming cultural influence around the world.
Everyone remembers Farrah from the poster of her in a one-piece red bathing suit. The poster was a best-seller; with sales estimates ranging from 8 million to as high as 12 million copies.
Here it is…

Research predicts that 90,000 Australians will suffer a heart attack or serious chest pain this year, sending an estimated $18 billion shockwave through the economy. In an attempt to make a dent in this alarming figure, two friends have decided on an innovative online approach to raise people’s awareness about heart health and raise money for the Heart Foundation at the same time.
Sydney based German health writer Janna Jungclaus and fitness professional Tom Hewett created the 50k in 50 day challenge to raise $50,000 in fifty days for the Heart Foundation’s 50th birthday.
